Male Qari – Online Quran Teaching Academy

Noor Al-Hidaya Education System is seeking a dedicated Male Qari to join our online Quran teaching academy. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent command of Quran recitation and Tajweed rules and be fluent in English to effectively teach students of varied ages. This position requires strong communication and interactive teaching skills to engage students and foster their understanding of the Quran. The role is based in an office within the Main Sangar Town or nearby KRL Road area of Rawalpindi, ensuring the candidate is available to teach Quran classes in person and utilize online teaching platforms effectively. The candidate must demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, and a passion for Quran education. They are expected to utilize a combination of Quran recitation progress tracking techniques and interactive teaching methods to assess student progress and tailor lessons accordingly. Prior experience in Quran teaching is preferred but not mandatory. This role does not involve team management but requires self-motivation, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure each student achieves their spiritual and educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quran recitation lessons adhering to Tajweed rules with precision and clarity.
• Use online teaching platforms to deliver engaging and interactive Quran sessions.
• Assess student progress regularly through structured evaluation methods and recitation exercises.
• Apply the principles of Makharij Al-Huruf to help students pronounce Arabic letters accurately.
• Track and document each student’s Quran recitation progress to customize lesson plans accordingly.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism while teaching students of different ages and learning abilities.
• Develop and implement interactive teaching methods to keep students motivated and involved in their learning process.
• Manage and organize lesson schedules efficiently to maximize student learning time.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English to facilitate understanding and interaction.
• Maintain a respectful and nurturing environment to encourage spiritual growth and learning.
• Attend to administrative tasks related to student records and lesson planning as required by the academy.
• Stay updated on Quranic teaching methodologies and enhance personal knowledge of Tajweed and Quran recitation.
