Description
As a Mechanical Engineer at Noor Baaf Engineering, you will engage in documentation and development of new machinery and production processes to enhance operational efficiency. Your role involves practical problem-solving, applying manufacturing techniques in a hands-on manner, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. We welcome fresh DAE Mechanical graduates with strong AutoCAD capabilities and a keen interest in the technical aspects of industrial machinery. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 50,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed machine drawings using AutoCAD to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and perform material and cost estimations for production planning.
- Assist production teams by providing technical support and ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Document new machinery designs and modifications for ongoing development and operational use.
- Maintain effective coordination and communication between the workshop and office to ensure smooth technical operations.
- Apply practical engineering knowledge on the workshop floor to oversee machinery setup and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing workflows and optimize use of resources.
- Support continuous learning and skill development in industrial machinery design and manufacturing techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices throughout all technical tasks.
- Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining timelines for machine development and production milestones.
