Noor Dispensary is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female MBBS Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate carries a strong foundation in patient examination and pharmacology knowledge, with at least three years of practical experience. This role focuses on providing comprehensive medical care through thorough physical examinations, including respiratory system and general health assessments. The doctor will ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment plans while maintaining excellent communication with patients to deliver compassionate and effective healthcare. The position requires excellent time management skills to coordinate patient appointments and manage medical documentation efficiently. The doctor will operate independently without team management responsibilities but will contribute actively to the clinic’s mission of providing outstanding patient care. A robust ability to communicate clearly with patients and understand their concerns is essential for delivering high-quality medical services at Noor Dispensary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient examinations to assess health status and identify medical conditions.
- Apply pharmacology knowledge to prescribe and manage medications safely and effectively.
- Utilize physical examination techniques focusing on the respiratory system and other relevant areas to support diagnosis.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly, ensuring continuity of care.
- Educate patients about their health conditions, preventive measures, and medication usage.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Manage daily schedules to optimize patient care without compromising quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the dispensary when needed to ensure integrated patient care.
