MT5 Dealer – Retail Brokerage

Description

As an MT5 Dealer at North Cape Markets, you will be responsible for overseeing execution of retail brokerage trades using the MetaTrader 5 platform. You will monitor market movements and client positions continually to manage risks effectively and optimize trade outcomes. The position involves active client interaction, answering queries, and supporting clients in their trading journeys while adhering to the company’s policies and regulatory requirements. Although this role does not involve team management, it plays a critical part in the brokerage’s operational success by ensuring accurate and timely trade processing. The ideal candidate demonstrates a detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute client orders accurately and efficiently using the MetaTrader 5 platform.
• Monitor and analyze trade activity to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Manage trade exposures and maintain strong discipline over risk control processes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on recorded dealing lines to resolve queries and provide market information.
• Work closely with the risk management team to ensure trading operations align with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of trades, communications, and client feedback for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Stay updated on market trends, price movements, and technical platform developments to support optimal trading decisions.
• Identify and escalate operational issues or abnormalities promptly to prevent potential losses or disruptions.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of dealing desk procedures and trading workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements at all times.
