Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our night-shift operations team in Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. In this role, you will perform daily cash and bank reconciliations for retail operations alongside active tracking and bookkeeping for shipping workflows.

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in budget and forecasting.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analyses and financial models, to support business decisions.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity in high-volume data entries and multi-line reconciliations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage, sort, and analyze large data sets efficiently.
- Lead and mentor a team of three financial analysts, ensuring adherence to deadlines, work quality, and professional development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure clear communication and resolution of financial discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project business outcomes and evaluate financial performance.
- Implement effective financial controls and procedures to streamline reporting and compliance.
- Work diligently during night shifts while maintaining focus, reliability, and discipline.
- Document all findings and discrepancies clearly and maintain comprehensive records for auditing and review.
