Description
Novatex Bopet is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in manual testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and be responsible for overseeing and executing testing activities to ensure the highest quality of our products. This role involves managing a small team of one person, requiring excellent coordination and leadership to ensure testing processes meet company standards and customer expectations.
The Quality Assurance specialist will collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify issues early, verify fixes, and maintain comprehensive test documentation. By applying rigorous testing methodologies, the candidate helps drive continuous improvement and supports the delivery of reliable and defect-free products. This role is critical to maintaining Novatex Bopet's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with the small testing team, providing guidance and support to ensure thorough and efficient testing coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing to detect deviations and defects in the product.
- Document test results clearly and accurately, reporting bugs and issues through the appropriate tracking systems.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand features and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and testing procedures that comply with company policies and industry best practices.
- Provide feedback on product quality and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and user experience.
- Monitor the progress and performance of the testing team, managing workload and ensuring timely delivery of test cycles.
- Assist in training and mentoring the team member to promote skill development and professional growth.
- Engage in risk assessment and mitigation regarding product quality, striving to identify potential areas of improvement early in the development cycle.
