NTIS Pak is offering a 3-month unpaid internship for the role of IT Operator Intern designed to provide hands-on experience in basic information technology operations. This internship is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop foundational IT skills in a professional environment. The position involves working directly with the IT team to support and maintain computer systems, handle basic network issues, and assist with website management using WordPress. Interns will gain exposure to troubleshooting common technical problems and learn about UI/UX concepts, preparing them for potential full-time roles. Throughout the internship, the IT Operator Intern will contribute to day-to-day technical activities and support continuous improvement of IT functions. This role requires a responsible and organized individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Though the position does not include team management responsibilities, the intern will work closely with colleagues to develop problem-solving expertise and enhance technical capabilities relevant to IT support and operations at NTIS Pak.
Responsibilities
- Address basic IT-related issues and carry out troubleshooting tasks promptly.
- Assist with various computer and system operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and update content on WordPress websites as requested.
- Support website maintenance and contribute to UI/UX-related tasks to improve user experience.
- Provide daily technical support to the team, resolving simple technical problems efficiently.
- Identify potential IT issues and escalate or assist in their resolution under guidance.
- Demonstrate a proactive and organized approach to assigned technical responsibilities.
- Collaborate with team members to learn and implement best practices within IT operations.
