Description
Nufix Studio is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to maintain and enhance the technological infrastructure of our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in IT support and a solid grounding in technical troubleshooting and cybersecurity fundamentals. This role involves managing a team of five IT support specialists, requiring both technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues and maintain high system performance. In this capacity, the IT Support professional will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving operating system and network problems, configuring and monitoring firewalls, and implementing endpoint protection platforms. The individual will play a crucial role in promoting security awareness throughout the company and ensuring that all technical systems operate reliably, supporting the organization’s overall productivity and security posture.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage and lead a team of five IT support personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular diagnostics on operating systems to ensure optimal functioning.
- Configure and maintain firewall settings to protect internal networks from external threats.
- Implement and oversee endpoint protection platforms to safeguard company devices from malware and unauthorized access.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization by educating staff on best practices and emerging threats.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess IT needs and propose appropriate technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT support procedures, network configurations, and incident reports.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new technologies to improve IT support services.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
