Although this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate must excel in self-motivation, organization, and communication to meet  and contribute to the company's growth. As a Medical Representative, you will act as a crucial link between Nutrico Morinaga Pvt Ltd and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities include developing relationships with medical practitioners, educating them on product benefits, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. You must ensure strict adherence to all regulatory compliance guidelines while pharmaceutical products. The position demands continuous market analysis and efficient territory management to maximize product coverage and achieve business objectives. Strong presentation skills combined with thorough market and product knowledge will support your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses to products effectively.
• Deliver engaging and accurate product presentations that communicate the benefits and features clearly.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market needs, and competitor activities.
• Manage assigned territories efficiently to maximize outreach.
• Ensure complete adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies in all activities.
• Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to support product positioning.
• Prepare and submit regular forecasting, and analyses to management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and improve product visibility.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and industry developments.
• Plan and organize schedules to cover all assigned territories systematically .
