This role requires a professional with extensive experience in training and managing a field force in the pharmaceutical industry, possessing both a Pharm-D and an MBA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies that enhance organizational performance and achieve business objectives. Managing a small team, the manager will drive performance improvements by leveraging data analysis and performance management techniques to ensure consistent progress and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national strategies to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.
• Manage the performance development of the field force through targeted training and continuous support.

• Design and conduct training programs focused on strengthening skills and knowledge of the field force.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all performance development activities.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new field force members to expedite their contribution.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and outcomes.
• Stay current with market trends and competitive landscape within the pharmaceutical industry to guide strategic decisions.
• Facilitate communication between the field force and senior leadership to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
