Nutrico Morinaga Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Regional Detailing Manager to lead and manage a team of five professionals in the pharmaceutical field force. This role requires a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical product knowledge, regulatory compliance, and best practices in territory management. The manager will oversee field activities, ensuring that products are accurately and effectively detailed to healthcare professionals within the assigned region. The ideal candidate holds at least a graduation degree and has a minimum of five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a field force staff member. This position demands strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team, develop strategic plans for product and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. The Regional Detailing Manager will foster collaboration among team members while maintaining focus on achieving and enhancing market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five field force staff to achieve regional goals.
- Develop and implement territory management plans to maximize product detailing and market penetration.
- Ensure all team activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to team members to improve product knowledge.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing strategies and operational execution.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to evaluate team performance and market dynamics.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders within the region.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic field visits to observe detailing practices and provide feedback for improvement.
