Description
Total Positions: 30 (Dadu: 05, Jacobabad: 05, Jamshoro: 04, Qambar Shahdadkot: 12, Thatta: 04).
Proposed Salary: PKR 70,000 per month
Mobility Support: Up to PKR 25,000 per month on reimbursement basis
Qualification:
Minimum 14 years of education (bachelor’s degree) from a recognized institution.
Candidates with 16 years of education in Nutrition Sciences, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Education, or another relevant discipline will be preferred.
Experience:
Three years of relevant experience in community outreach, nutrition, health, SBCC, MIYCN, ECD, counselling, or a related development programme.
Additional Requirements: Experience in MIYCN, ECD, nutrition counselling, community mobilization, or SBCC will be preferred. Strong communication, counselling, interpersonal, and community-engagement skills are required.
Willingness and ability to conduct regular field visits within the assigned FC catchment area.

Responsibilities
- Map and identify eligible BISP/Kafaalat households, PBWs and children 0–23/24 months within the FC catchment.
- Conduct SBC activities, including household/group counselling, support groups and engagement of fathers and other family/community influencers.
- Support Parenting and Nutrition Counselling Corners, ECD activities, responsive caregiving and basic developmental screening/referrals.
- Track missed visits, defaulters and nutrition/ECD referrals and support beneficiaries to complete referrals and return to services.
- Maintain activity records, capture community feedback and coordinate with BISP, FC, LHW and health-service platforms.
- Conduct household and community-level outreach within the assigned FC catchment area.
- Provide nutrition and health counselling; deliver SBCC, MIYCN, and ECD messages; and support beneficiary engagement and referrals.
Support community mobilization and follow-up and document field activities in accordance with programme guidelines.
Field Deployment and Mobility- Minimum field presence: The Community Outreach NDF must undertake field visits on at least 20 days each month/ more than 75%.
- Daily mobility reimbursement: The NDF will be reimbursed PKR 1,000 to PKR 1,200 per verified field-visit day, based on the district's geographical span, and organizational policies, up to PKR 25,000 per month.
- Contract condition: If the NDF fails to complete the minimum 20 field days in any two months within any rolling four-month period, her contract will be terminated in accordance with applicable organizational procedures and contract terms.
