The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central and possess a deep understanding of managing customer reviews effectively. This role focuses on enhancing product listings, optimizing sales strategies, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive review management. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement best practices and drive growth on the Amazon marketplace. This position does not currently require managing a team but demands strong individual performance and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central to improve visibility and sales.

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews to maintain positive brand reputation.

• Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotions, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to avoid account suspensions or penalties.

• Utilize tools and reports within Amazon Seller Central to track performance metrics and produce actionable insights.

• Handle customer feedback professionally to improve overall buyer experience and satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest Amazon marketplace changes and emerging trends in e-commerce to keep strategies current.

• Develop and execute plans for product launches and campaign optimizations to maximize impact.
