Offshore Immigration Group of Companies is seeking dedicated and skilled female BSN nurses to provide exceptional nursing care in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for nurses with a minimum of two years of clinical experience who are passionate about patient care and willing to relocate internationally. The selected candidates will deliver high-quality nursing services, encompassing comprehensive patient assessment, monitoring, and education while adhering to strict health and safety protocols. Candidates must possess a valid PNC card, be under 40 years old, and either have passed the Prometric exam or be willing to undertake it to qualify for this international nursing opportunity. This full-time position involves working in dynamic healthcare environments where continuous commitment to infection control and emergency response is essential. Nurses must demonstrate precision in clinical documentation and proactive monitoring of vital signs to ensure patient safety and effective health management. Given the job demands, candidates should be prepared to work overtime when necessary to address patient needs and hospital requirements. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients, maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history, physical examination, and vital signs monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
- Implement effective infection control practices to prevent the spread of communicable diseases within healthcare settings.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing first aid and coordinating with medical teams to stabilize patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans to promote informed healthcare decisions.
- Monitor patients’ responses to treatments and medications, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising healthcare team.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in all nursing procedures and patient interactions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated patient care.
- Prepare and administer medications when authorized, following precise dosage and timing protocols.
- Support the hospital or clinic in meeting healthcare objectives by participating in continuous professional development and training.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism when working in an international healthcare environment.
- Manage workload efficiently, including overtime duties when required to maintain quality patient care.
- Assist in maintaining nursing equipment, supplies, and medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Follow ethical nursing practices and hospital guidelines while respecting patient confidentiality and rights.
