Join Oh So Ventures as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor and play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of a growing fashion brand. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who excels in both graphic design and video editing. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging visuals and short-form video content that align with modern fashion trends and social media standards. Managing a small creative team, you will bring ideas to life by maintaining consistency in branding elements such as color schemes, typography, and layouts. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment where creativity is highly valued. Candidates should have at least one year of experience, strong technical skills using Adobe software, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. As part of Oh So Ventures, you will help elevate the brand through compelling visual storytelling and high-quality multimedia content.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, marketing campaigns, and advertising materials.
• Edit and produce short-form videos, including reels, product showcases, and promotional clips that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop and execute creative concepts that reflect and strengthen the OhSoFit brand identity and style guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into impactful visual content.
• Ensure consistent application of fonts, color palettes, layouts, and visual style across all graphic and video content.
• Stay informed on the latest fashion, design, and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Manage and mentor a small creative team, guiding project workflows and maintaining quality control.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
• Maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic and video editing skills.
• Continuously seek opportunities to learn, experiment, and innovate within the visual design space.
