Description
The Job role includes leading end-to-end delivery of real estate development projects against approved scope, timeline, budget and quality standards. Coordinate closely with Design, Planning & Cost, Consultants and Construction teams to drive execution and resolve issues. Ensure timely decisions, stakeholder alignment and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery against approved scope, timeline, budget, quality and project objectives.
- Work closely with Design and Planning & Cost teams to align design deliverables, project schedules, cost plans and execution requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with Directors, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely decisions, issue resolution and accountability.
- Monitor programme, cost, variations, risks, dependencies and critical milestones; proactively identify issues and drive corrective actions.
- Provide clear project updates to Directors, highlight key risks and decisions required, and ensure timely closure of actions and delivery commitments.
