Description
One Facility Management (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Survey Supervisor to lead and oversee field survey operations. The successful candidate will manage a team of five professionals to ensure precise and efficient data collection, quality assurance, and adherence to project timelines within infrastructure and civil construction projects. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience and a strong background in civil engineering or surveying. The Survey Supervisor will employ robust project management and survey methodologies to support the organization's development objectives and maintain high standards of field data integrity. The Survey Supervisor will coordinate team activities, implement quality control protocols, and utilize data analysis techniques, including SQL, to support the accuracy and reliability of survey results. The role demands a proactive approach to managing workflows, troubleshooting field challenges, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth execution of society development and infrastructure projects. Candidates should exhibit strong leadership and decision-making skills to effectively guide their team in delivering top-quality survey outputs aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level/Digital Level & surveying works
- Experience in plot demarcation, road setting-out, levels, coordinates, sewerage, drainage & utilities
- Maintain & verify benchmarks, control points & survey records
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors & site labor on a daily basis
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, levels, specifications & site instructions
- Monitor work progress, manpower & workmanship
- Coordinate daily activities & work fronts with the Project/Site Engineer & contractors
- Capable of independently handling & supervising field activities
