Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective network marketing strategies to grow the company's client base and brand presence in the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members to foster loyalty and enhance business opportunities.
• Manage and lead a large team of 100 persons, providing guidance, motivation, and performance monitoring to maximize productivity.
• Utilize various networking platforms and social media marketing tools to generate leads, increase engagement, and expand the organization's reach.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills in marketing, communication, and sales techniques.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth operations and alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches and stay ahead in the industry.
• Track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of network marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and conduct marketing activities ethically and professionally.
• Report regularly to senior management on team progress, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for decision making.
