One More International is seeking dedicated professionals for the role of Network Marketing in our Islamabad office. This role requires energetic individuals who can actively engage in social media marketing, build and supervise a large team, and handle public interactions with professionalism. Candidates from diverse backgrounds, including freshers, civil workers, and retired personnel, are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and possess strong skills in customer hiring, team management, and network marketing. This position involves managing a team of 100 persons, requiring leadership and the ability to motivate and coordinate multiple team members to achieve organizational goals. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with Sundays off, offering a competitive income range between 55,000 and 125,000 PKR. Educational qualifications range from middle school to master's degree, making the position accessible to a wide pool of candidates. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to expand the network and increase brand awareness.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new customers and team members to support the growth of the network.
• Lead and supervise a large team of 100 members, providing guidance, motivation, and oversight to ensure performance targets are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and the public to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate daily office activities and ensure timely completion of tasks within set working hours.
• Monitor the performance of team members and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Organize training sessions and workshops to develop team skills and improve overall productivity.
• Handle administrative responsibilities related to team management, customer hiring, and office operations.
• Work closely with senior management to align network marketing strategies with company objectives.
• Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
