GRAPHIC Designer

Description

One Stop HR is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. The ideal candidate is proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, and excels at creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand messages. This role involves working independently to develop digital illustrations, vector graphics, typography, and layout designs that meet client requirements and elevate brand presence. The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, deliver creative solutions, and ensure consistent, high-quality output. While this role does not involve managing a team, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential to succeed. The position offers the opportunity to contribute creatively in a flexible, remote work environment while driving impactful visual communications for various marketing and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs for digital platforms and print media using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Develop and refine typography, vector graphics, and layout designs to align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Produce compelling digital illustrations that enhance marketing campaigns and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand design requirements, provide creative input, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to branding standards across all design materials.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve output and maintain competitive edge.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams, implementing revisions efficiently.
• Prepare final files for production and coordinate with vendors as necessary for printing or publishing.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects to ensure easy retrieval and version control.
