One2k Breeze is seeking a diligent Security Guard with at least three years of experience to join and lead a team of eight security personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring activities, and responding promptly to potential security threats or incidents. This role requires vigilance, quick decision-making, and a commitment to protecting people and property while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. In this leadership position, the Security Guard will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the security team, provide guidance and support, and ensure effective communication within the group. The individual will also be responsible for training team members, enforcing security protocols, and conducting inspections to identify vulnerabilities. Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential components of success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of eight security personnel, coordinating schedules and assigning patrol areas.
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and detect any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Train and mentor security team members on proper security practices and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities such as equipment defects or unauthorized persons.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.
• Identify and report potential security risks or breaches to management.
• Inspect security equipment and ensure functionality to support safety operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with security-related concerns.
