Additionally, you will manage a team of 5 individuals, guiding and supporting them to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. In this hybrid role, you will combine your unique skill set to enrich the platform's online presence, tailoring lessons and design projects that cater to diverse learners and customers. You will cultivate an interactive, respectful learning environment and oversee team workflows, collaboration, and progress tracking. Your role will require strong organizational abilities, creativity, and leadership to inspire your team and drive continuous improvement in both Quran instruction and fashion design activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and engaging online Quran lessons that accommodate diverse learning needs and religious respect.
• Utilize fashion design skills to support creative projects and enhance the platform’s visual content where applicable.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 5 persons, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards.
• Create and implement lesson plans aligned with Islamic teachings and educational best practices.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement and confidence.
• Maintain a supportive and encouraging online learning atmosphere that respects cultural and religious sensitivities.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate design elements that complement Quran teaching materials.
• Organize team schedules, assign responsibilities, and oversee performance to optimize productivity.
• Continuously develop professional skills by staying updated on Quranic education methods and fashion design trends.
• Address learner queries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive student engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all content shared on the platform in both Quranic teaching and fashion design.
