This role demands strong lesson planning abilities and proficiency in using various digital tools such as Zoom and Google Meet to facilitate interactive and engaging Quranic classes. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing a dedicated team of 20 instructors, ensuring a collaborative environment that promotes learning and spiritual growth. In this position, you will leverage your experience to design lesson plans tailored to individual student needs while maintaining high-quality instruction standards. Your role includes the effective utilization of online Quran teaching platforms and real-time collaboration tools to enhance the learning experience. With at least two years of relevant teaching experience, you will lead the teaching team by providing guidance and support, employing advanced Zoom functionalities such as screen sharing and annotation tools, and overseeing the smooth operation of virtual classes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive Quran lessons focusing on Tajweed rules and Quranic Arabic to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans that cater to different age groups, learning styles, and levels of Quranic knowledge.
• Utilize online teaching platforms effectively, including Zoom and Google Meet, to conduct live interactive classes.
• Manage Zoom meeting functionalities, such as screen sharing and annotation tools, to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
• Facilitate real-time collaboration during classes to encourage student participation and immediate feedback.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular reports, feedback, and customized guidance to improve learning outcomes.
• Coordinate and oversee a team of 20 online Quran teachers, ensuring consistent teaching quality and adherence to curriculum standards.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to team members to develop their technical and teaching skills.
• Ensure all online classes run smoothly by managing technical setups and resolving any platform-related issues promptly.
• Maintain a supportive and respectful learning environment that upholds the values and teachings of the Quran.
• Collaborate with the management team to update and refine the curriculum and teaching methodologies based on student needs and technological advancements.
• Engage with parents and guardians when necessary to discuss students’ progress and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in online teaching technologies and incorporate new tools and techniques to improve the educational experience.
