Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of five individuals to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and company leadership.
- Ensure projects comply with quality standards and meet established goals within set deadlines.
- Facilitate team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment to promote productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging skill development and professional growth.
- Analyze project performance data to inform future planning and continuous improvement efforts.
