Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to meet organizational objectives efficiently.
- Lead and manage a team of 10 staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Oversee supply chain activities, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
- Utilize data analysis to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for operational enhancement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present operational reports and forecasts to senior management.
