Description
Ora Consultants seeks a dedicated STUDENT Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of international student consultancy, specializing in the educational landscapes and admission processes of universities in China, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. This role involves providing expert guidance to prospective international students, ensuring they receive tailored advice to navigate complex program selections and country-specific educational requirements. The consultant will manage a team of five individuals, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The STUDENT Consultant will serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, playing a critical role in understanding student needs, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate information on study options abroad. The candidate will also stay updated on policies, admission procedures, and emerging trends related to international education in the target countries. Strong leadership capabilities are essential to successfully guide the team in meeting organizational goals and supporting the overall student recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consultancy services to prospective international students regarding study programs and university options in China, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand.
- Lead and manage a team of five consultants, ensuring effective communication, performance monitoring, and professional development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, policies, and visa regulations for target countries and their universities.
- Engage with clients through clear and professional communication, understanding their educational goals and offering personalized recommendations.
- Coordinate with university representatives to obtain accurate information and resolve any issues related to admissions or program details.
- Organize informational sessions and workshops about international study opportunities and application processes.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to optimize consultancy strategies and improve client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner institutions, educational agents, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on consultancy activities, team performance, and client feedback to senior management.
- Identify challenges faced by prospective students in the admission process and devise practical solutions to support them effectively.
