As an Intern SEO Executive, you will focus on conducting keyword research, assisting with on-page SEO optimization, and utilizing various SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush to analyze website performance. You will help monitor and report using Google Search Console, contribute to link-building initiatives, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our overall online presence. This role requires a proactive approach and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms. Previous experience is not mandatory but having a basic understanding of SEO concepts will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms to increase website visibility.
- Assist in optimizing website on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and content to enhance search engine rankings.
- Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush to analyze competitors, track keywords, and discover link-building opportunities.
- Monitor website performance and indexing status using Google Search Console and prepare regular performance reports.
- Support link-building activities by researching and identifying potential backlink sources.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute SEO campaigns and provide insights based on data analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and new SEO strategies to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Help maintain accurate documentation of SEO procedures and results.
- Assist in troubleshooting SEO-related issues and recommend improvements to content and site architecture.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and support other digital marketing initiatives when needed.
