Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processes involved in ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline and company policies. Your expertise in GDS fare pricing, PNR creation, and ticketing workflows will enable you to handle travel inventory, booking, and distribution tasks effectively. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their travel needs while maintaining thorough documentation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to update and manage office data accurately are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform travel booking and reservations using Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).
- Issue, reissue, exchange, and process refunds for airline tickets accurately.
- Plan detailed travel itineraries based on client requirements and preferences.
- Manage travel documentation, including visa processing and compliance with international travel regulations.
- Utilize GDS systems to conduct fare pricing, PNR creation, ticketing, and travel inventory searches.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to secure the best possible fares and schedules.
- Maintain updated and organized office data related to travel bookings and client information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and aviation industry standards in all travel operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth workflow and timely execution of travel-related tasks.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in airline rules, fare regulations, and travel industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required for operational and management review.
