Pak Harmain Travel & Tours seeks an experienced Sales Promotion Officer to join our team. This role requires a dedicated professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have completed at least 12 years of education. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the Sales Promotion Officer plays a critical role in driving sales initiatives and expanding the company's customer base. The Sales Promotion Officer is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote the company’s products and services. They will engage with potential clients, identify sales opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing customers. This position requires a proactive approach to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Identify potential clients and market segments for company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with company goals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management about progress and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations during all sales activities.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
