Pak Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges is seeking a dedicated Chemistry Teacher for SSC and HSSC levels to foster student learning and understanding in the field of chemistry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of chemistry concepts, practical knowledge, and examination preparation techniques to help students excel in their board examinations. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills and effective classroom management abilities who can explain complex scientific topics clearly and engage students actively in their studies. The candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive lessons that align with the prescribed syllabus, facilitating hands-on experiments, conducting assessments, and supporting students in mastering both theoretical and practical aspects of chemistry. Previous teaching experience at SSC and HSSC levels and a relevant academic qualification in chemistry are essential. This role does not include team management responsibilities but focuses strongly on individual teaching effectiveness and student success in chemistry education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and engaging chemistry lessons for SSC and HSSC students in accordance with the prescribed syllabus.
• Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations through effective teaching methods and rigorous examination preparation.
• Demonstrate practical chemistry experiments and guide students in laboratory work to enhance their understanding of theoretical concepts.
• Utilize spectroscopic analysis techniques such as NMR, IR, and UV-Vis to support teaching and enrich students’ knowledge of analytical methods.
• Assess student progress regularly through tests, quizzes, practical evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment that fosters student participation and curiosity.
• Develop and organize supplementary teaching materials and resources to facilitate comprehensive subject coverage.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and syllabus changes in chemistry education to ensure contemporary teaching practices.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration regarding student academic performance and behavioral matters.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students by challenging them with complex chemistry questions and practical applications.
