Homeroom Teacher

Description

Pak Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges seeks a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to deliver quality education and foster a supportive learning environment at the primary school level. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field and has between two to five years of teaching experience. This role involves designing and implementing lesson plans that align with the curriculum, monitoring student progress, and actively engaging with parents to support student development. The teacher is responsible for creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere focused on both academic achievement and social-emotional growth. This position requires excellent classroom management skills and the ability to address diverse student needs effectively. The teacher implements behavior management strategies and promotes social-emotional learning to enhance students' overall development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to maintain productive relationships with students, parents, and school staff. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the teacher plays a crucial role within the classroom and school community, contributing to the success and well-being of students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives and cater to diverse learning styles.

• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal growth of all students.
• Support individual student needs by providing tailored assistance and encouragement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and innovations.
