Pakistan Maid Services is seeking caring, responsible, and experienced babysitters to provide attentive and safe childcare for families in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate ensures the safety and well-being of infants and young children by maintaining hygiene, preparing meals, changing diapers, and supporting children's daily routines. This role requires commitment to creating a warm, respectful, and nurturing environment while following parents' specific instructions and maintaining privacy. Babysitters play a crucial role in supporting families by engaging children in age-appropriate activities and managing their care needs effectively without managing a team. Candidates should possess strong child safety skills, patience, good manners, and excellent communication, enabling them to respond promptly to emergencies and maintain a clean, organized environment for children’s belongings.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and attentive care for babies and young children in accordance with parents' instructions.
• Prepare and assist with infant feeding, including baby bottle preparation and meal preparation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Change diapers using proper diaper changing techniques and maintain cleanliness of the child.
• Support the child's daily routines, including hygiene maintenance, sleeping schedule, and dressing.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities to promote healthy development and well-being.
• Keep the child's room, toys, and belongings clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all parents’ instructions regarding childcare and daily routines, respecting family preferences and privacy.
• Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently by acting promptly and responsibly when needed.
• Maintain a respectful, caring, and nurturing environment that supports the physical and emotional needs of the child.
• Ensure all childcare duties comply with safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to protect the health of the child.
