Panda Mart is seeking a dedicated Order & Rack Management professional to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on efficiently managing the entire order processing cycle while ensuring optimal rack layout and inventory tracking within the warehouse environment. The position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience or enthusiastic freshers eager to learn and grow in warehouse operations. The successful candidate will not manage a team but will work collaboratively with various departments to maintain an organized and efficient order fulfillment process. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing order picking, fulfillment, rack location allocation, and conducting regular rack inspections to ensure safety and compliance. The role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining warehouse standards. The candidate will play a vital part in optimizing rack slotting to improve inventory turnover and warehouse productivity, supporting Panda Mart’s mission to provide excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Design and maintain effective rack layouts to optimize space utilization and facilitate smooth material flow within the warehouse.
• Perform order picking activities by selecting items from racks based on order requirements with precision and speed.
• Allocate rack locations to inventory items systematically, ensuring easy accessibility and real-time tracking.
• Conduct regular inspections of racks to ensure structural integrity and compliance with warehouse safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements and location changes within the racks.
• Implement rack slotting optimization strategies to enhance storage efficiency and reduce picking time.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Report any discrepancies or damages related to racks or inventory promptly to the management for corrective action.
• Assist in continuous process improvements to enhance overall warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
