Panoramic Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Cad Operator Arch. with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic architecture team. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in AutoCAD and is capable of creating precise architectural drawings including plans, elevations, and sections of buildings. This role does not involve managing a team but offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the design and visualization of architectural projects through accurate technical drafting.

Responsibilities

Create detailed architectural drawings such as plans, elevations, and cross-sections using AutoCAD software. Ensure that all drawings comply with architectural standards and project specifications.

Review sketches, design notes, and specifications to produce accurate and detailed CAD drawings. Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to clarify design intent and incorporate feedback into drawings. Maintain organized digital files and project documentation for efficient retrieval and project continuity.

Update and revise drawings to reflect changes during project development stages. Assist in preparing presentation materials by producing clear and precise drawings for client meetings and internal reviews. Contribute to quality control by checking drawings for consistency and accuracy before submission. Stay current with industry drafting standards and techniques to continuously improve deliverables.
