The professional must be adept in cost estimation, space planning, and preparing comprehensive construction specifications suitable for modern architectural projects. Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings for various building projects.
• Create and refine 3D models using advanced software tools to visualize designs and assist client presentations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare construction documentation, including specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines, to facilitate smooth construction processes.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into architectural projects, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental impact.
• Maintain effective client communication to understand requirements, provide updates, and deliver satisfactory architectural solutions.
• Conduct thorough research on construction materials and methods to recommend optimal solutions for durability, cost, and sustainability.
• Ensure all design activities comply with local and international building regulations, standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques to improve collaboration, project accuracy, and efficiency.
