Paramount Associates is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects at a key site located on Sharif Medical City Road in Lahore. The ideal candidate brings 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, focusing on grey structure civil construction and high-end interior fit-outs. This role involves managing a team of 50 persons, coordinating site labor and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to construction schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The candidate must be adept at blueprint reading and comply with all building codes and OSHA construction standards to maintain site safety and quality compliance. The Site Supervisor takes full responsibility for monitoring project progress against timelines, tracking material usage, and managing construction resources efficiently. This role demands strong leadership skills to handle workforce scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance management. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Associate Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations, managing labor and subcontractors effectively to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor construction progress against established schedules and adjust workflows to meet project deadlines.
• Enforce strict adherence to blueprints, technical drawings, building codes, and quality control standards to maintain project accuracy.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with OSHA construction standards and implement job hazard analysis and risk assessments.
• Manage procurement and inventory of construction materials and equipment, ensuring availability and efficient utilization on site.
• Oversee workforce scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance to maximize productivity and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to avoid conflicts and ensure seamless execution of construction tasks.
• Track construction progress and prepare detailed progress reports using tools such as Primavera P6 for CPM schedule monitoring.
• Manage materials requirements planning and replenishment workflows to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Implement and maintain construction site safety management programs to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of 50 construction personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization tracking of equipment, optimizing employment of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to report project status, address challenges, and propose solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct quality control measures to uphold high standards and ensure the durability and stability of the construction work.
• Manage compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies while maintaining thorough documentation of site activities.
