The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in handling inventory processes and overseeing related operations. This role involves managing a team of three individuals, ensuring smooth and efficient control of stock levels, order processing, and supply chain coordination to meet the company's operational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with various departments to align supply and demand, and implementing improvements in inventory control systems. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a team effectively are essential to this position, which contributes significantly to optimizing operational efficiency at Patex.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily inventory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
- Manage and lead a team of three members to achieve inventory goals and maintain high performance.
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse departments to align inventory levels with business needs.
- Monitor inventory reports and perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, and excess stock.
- Implement inventory management systems and technologies to optimize stock tracking and reporting.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on trends, seasonality, and sales data to support procurement planning.
- Train and mentor team members on inventory best practices and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve inventory issues quickly to maintain smooth operational workflows.
- Report inventory status and performance metrics to senior management regularly.
