Position: Animator

Location: Lahore

Qualification Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

Experience Required:

1–3 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or visual storytelling.
Strong portfolio showcasing 2D animation, character animation, motion graphics, or explainer-style videos.
Ability to think creatively beyond software execution, with a strong visual aesthetic, sense of composition, color, style, hierarchy, and storytelling.
Strong illustration and visual design skills, with the ability to create original illustrations, characters, icons, infographics, diagrams, and other visual assets from concepts or briefs.
Create engaging animations for educational, training, and digital learning content.
Turn scripts, storyboards, and concepts into clear, visually compelling animated content.
Work with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar animation software.
Collaborate with instructional designers, content writers, and visual designers to develop polished learning materials.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Create engaging 2D animations and motion graphics tailored for educational and training content.
Transform scripts, storyboards, and concepts into clear, visually compelling animated sequences.
Develop original illustrations, characters, icons, infographics, diagrams, and other visual assets based on concepts or briefs.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content writers, and visual designers to produce cohesive and polished learning materials.
Use tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to design and animate content.
Maintain a strong visual aesthetic focusing on composition, color, style, hierarchy, and storytelling principles in all animations.
Review and refine animations based on feedback to ensure the highest quality and relevance to the learning objectives.
Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest animation techniques and software to continuously improve skills and output quality.
Ensure clear communication and coordination during project cycles to integrate creative input and maintain alignment with instructional goals.
