Description

PNY Trainings is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cyber Security Instructor to join its Multan Branch. This role involves delivering both theoretical and hands-on practical training in cybersecurity, networking, ethical hacking, and penetration testing in line with the DACS course curriculum. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, combined with several years of practical experience and teaching exposure. This position requires someone who can effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts and foster a deep understanding of security fundamentals and advanced practices among students. The Cyber Security Instructor is responsible for preparing and executing detailed lesson plans that cover a wide range of topics including information security fundamentals, network protocols, penetration testing techniques, and practical use of industry tools such as Kali Linux and Windows Server. The instructor will also be tasked with setting up and managing cybersecurity labs, facilitating interactive exercises, and assessing students’ progress based on course guidelines. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong self-management skills and the ability to inspire and guide students toward mastering cybersecurity skills essential for the evolving digital threat landscape.

Responsibilities

• Follow the PNY Trainings course outlines strictly and complete the material within the specified time frame.
• Deliver engaging lectures that combine theoretical knowledge and practical application in cybersecurity.
• Teach foundational topics such as Information Security Fundamentals, Cybersecurity Awareness, and Threats & Countermeasures.
• Instruct students in the methodologies and tools of Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing.
• Cover detailed subjects including Footprinting, Reconnaissance, Network Scanning, Enumeration, and Vulnerability Analysis.
• Conduct hands-on practical sessions using Kali Linux and other relevant cybersecurity tools.
• Establish and maintain Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking labs to facilitate experiential learning.
• Provide comprehensive training on networking concepts such as TCP/IP, OSI Model, Ethernet, Switching, Routing, VLANs, VPN, STP, NAT/PAT, and Access Control Lists.
• Teach Windows Server Administration and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) concepts including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, firewall management, and security policies.
• Introduce students to system shells, virtual machine environments, and security testing frameworks.
• Explain advanced topics such as Web Application Security, SQL Injection, Social Engineering tactics, Sniffing, Session Hijacking, Cryptography, and Mobile Security.
• Continuously update course material to reflect current cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Support students’ learning progress through assessments, feedback, and mentoring.
• Maintain an organized learning environment that encourages student interaction and practical skill development.
