Description
PNY Trainings is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to join as a Personal Staff Officer (PSO) to the Chairman. This role demands a proactive individual who excels in managing executive schedules, handling communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, and providing IT support for day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in leadership development, executive communication, risk assessment, and talent management systems, combined with proficiency in managing digital tools and software. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while supporting the Chairman’s multifaceted responsibilities. The PSO to the Chairman acts as a critical liaison between the Chairman and various stakeholders, including Chinese delegates and clients. Responsibilities include managing emails, meeting arrangements, official correspondence, and preparing comprehensive reports and presentations. The role demands strong coordination skills, fluency in English and Urdu, and familiarity with IT troubleshooting and software tools such as MS Office Suite and Google Workspace. While managing a team is not part of this position, the PSO plays a key support role in facilitating seamless communication and operations for senior leadership within PNY Trainings.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and correspondence efficiently.
- Handle IT-related tasks including preparing presentations, reports, and managing data using MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, Chinese delegates, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of organizational activities.
- Prepare and document detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive official documentation and communications.
- Assist in conducting research and providing technical support as required by the Chairman and the organization.
- Demonstrate professional communication skills in both English and Urdu to enhance interactions internally and externally.
- Support logistical arrangements including travel planning for the Chairman’s official meetings outside the city.
- Utilize talent management systems to aid in organizational development tasks as needed.
- Apply risk assessment techniques to identify potential issues and support mitigation strategies related to executive operations.
- Maintain a presentable and punctual approach to work, managing competing priorities under pressure.
