Architect / Interior Designer – Commercial & Retail Projects

Precise Interior & Construction is looking for a creative and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join the team and take charge of planning, designing, and developing commercial and retail interior projects. This role focuses on delivering innovative and functional designs for a variety of spaces such as commercial plazas, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, clothing stores, and footwear shops. The ideal candidate brings at least four years of experience and excels in space planning, technical drawings, and creating high-quality 3D visualizations that bring designs to life. The Architect / Interior Designer works independently, applying expertise in AutoCAD drafting and materials selection to ensure that every project meets aesthetic and functional needs. This position requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of civil and interior construction drawings, and proficiency in advanced visualization tools like SketchUp with V-Ray. The designer is responsible for specifying materials, finishes, and furniture while producing final construction documentation that guides successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive design concepts and detailed plans for commercial and retail interior projects such as plazas, restaurants, cafés, and stores.
• Create precise AutoCAD construction drawings and technical documentation aligned with project requirements and building codes.
• Perform space planning to maximize functionality and customer experience within commercial environments.
• Specify appropriate materials, finishes, and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to meet design intent and budget considerations.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp and V-Ray to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Interpret civil and interior construction drawings to ensure feasibility and accurate execution of designs.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Review and update project drawings and documentation throughout design and construction phases to maintain quality standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and technologies to innovate and improve design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
