Preparation for Life International is seeking a dedicated Outreach professional to join our team in Karachi. This role requires a motivated individual with at least one year of experience in sales and communication to actively contribute to our lead generation efforts. The Outreach role is critical in establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and stakeholders, ensuring the organization's sales targets are met with efficiency and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 20 persons, providing guidance and support to maximize outreach effectiveness and drive successful sales outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20 outreach executives, providing training, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to identify and target potential clients.
• Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive communication and relationship building.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales department to align outreach efforts with overall company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using appropriate tools.
• Ensure clear and timely communication within the team to achieve collective targets.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Represent Preparation for Life International professionally at networking and community events.
• Assist in developing sales presentations and promotional materials to support outreach initiatives.
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform outreach approaches.
