Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads using effective lead generation techniques and call center tools.
• Engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, focusing on clear communication and identifying customer needs.
• Apply proven closing techniques to convert qualified prospects into loyal customers and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress within CRM or related systems.
• Work efficiently during night shifts, managing time and workload to ensure customer service quality and target achievement.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in handling client information and sales processes to avoid errors and enhance customer experience.
• Continuously develop knowledge of products, market trends, and competitive strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the given period while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies.
