Business Development Specialist (Closer)

Prime BPO is seeking an experienced Senior Closer (BDS) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of proven success in closing final expense insurance deals and possess strong skills in sales closing techniques, objection handling, and prospecting. This role demands excellent communication abilities, a confident and target-driven mindset, and the capacity to handle work during night shifts. Familiarity with basic computer operations and customer relationship management (CRM) software is essential. This position does not involve managing a team but requires self-motivation and discipline to achieve individual sales targets with persistence and professionalism. As a Senior Closer at Prime BPO, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects effectively, manage objections, and close sales to meet monthly targets. You will use your negotiation expertise and sales acumen to convert leads generated by the company into committed clients. Your role also demands maintaining accurate records within the CRM system, communicating professionally in English, and adapting to the flexible scheduling demands of the business. Responsibilities

• Conduct sales closing activities by effectively engaging potential clients and addressing their needs related to final expense insurance.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally, using comprehensive knowledge of products and client concerns to convert prospects into buyers.
• Proactively prospect new clients by following up on leads, cold calling, and nurturing potential opportunities to maximize sales pipelines.
• Utilize CRM software to document interactions, update client information, and manage sales workflows accurately and timely.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively in English to explain product benefits and terms, ensuring clients fully understand their purchase decisions.
• Maintain a target-driven approach, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas set by the company.
• Adapt to the company's night shift schedules while ensuring productivity and quality in client interactions.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of final expense insurance products and market trends to stay competitive and relevant.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer insights and suggest improvements in sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements during all sales activities.
