Description

Prime BPO is seeking a Junior Closer (SVC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment, particularly as a verifier, demonstrating excellent communication skills in English. This role demands a professional attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle customers effectively. The Junior Closer will engage directly with clients, focusing on qualifying leads and addressing objections to ensure successful closures. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and using basic computer and CRM tools efficiently. This role does not involve team management responsibilities, focusing instead on individual performance and client interaction. As a Junior Closer (SVC) at Prime BPO, you will be instrumental in advancing client relationships and contributing to the overall sales objectives. Your strong verbal communication and listening abilities will help you identify client needs, overcome challenges during conversations, and guide clients toward decisions. You will maintain precise records, uphold a professional demeanor throughout engagements, and contribute positively to the organization’s customer service reputation. Regular students are not eligible for this position, reflecting the commitment and reliability expected in this role.

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria to ensure sales opportunities are genuine and viable.
• Handle objections effectively to facilitate positive client decisions and secure sales closures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, utilizing strong verbal and listening skills to understand their needs and concerns.
• Maintain attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in client information and ensure data accuracy.
• Execute follow-up communications with prospective clients to nurture relationships and move sales processes forward.
• Utilize basic computer skills and customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and update client records.
• Manage time efficiently to meet performance targets and adhere to night shift schedules.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and customer handling skills to represent Prime BPO positively.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights and improve overall sales techniques and strategies.
• Report daily activities and progress to management to ensure transparent tracking of leads and closures.
