Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Premises Associate to support telecom-related activities at customer locations. This role requires a candidate with a Diploma of Associate Engineering in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, or Information Technology. The individual will perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and networking systems ensuring high-quality service delivery. The position demands ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driving license for transportation to various sites. Fresh candidates with a passion for telecom and networking are encouraged to apply. The Customer Premises Associate will work closely with customers to ensure smooth setup and functioning of telecom and fiber optic products. The associate provides technical assistance on-site and contributes to maintaining the integrity of communication networks. Though this role does not involve team management, it calls for self-reliance, responsible execution of assigned tasks, and continuous learning in the telecom domain to keep up with industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and configuration of telecom and networking equipment at customer premises according to company standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of telecommunications networks, fiber optics, and related hardware to detect and resolve issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in telecom and networking devices, ensuring minimum downtime and quality service.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of site visits, repairs, installations, and service reports.
• Coordinate with field and technical teams to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards both during transportation and while working on-site.
• Keep updated with latest technologies and best practices in telecom, networking, and fiber optics.
• Manage own transportation and travel schedule efficiently to meet work commitments and site visit deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients to assist with technical queries.
• Assist in testing and commissioning telecom network components on customer premises to ensure operational readiness.
