Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Flash Fiber Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in fiber optic technology and broadband services, combined with practical experience in fiber-optic network installation and troubleshooting. This role focuses on the deployment and maintenance of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. The position requires a proactive individual with 2 to 3 years of sales experience and a solid understanding of telecom sales within the fiber optic industry. Safety and mobility are essential, as owning a motorbike and holding a valid driving license are mandatory for this role. This position does not include team management responsibilities but instead focuses on hands-on technical work and client engagement.

Responsibilities

The Flash Fiber Officer is responsible for performing precise fiber-optic route surveying and connector inspection to guarantee top-notch network reliability. This includes effective fiber-optic splicing and termination to maintain efficient connectivity for broadband services. The role demands regular troubleshooting of FTTH networks to swiftly identify and resolve any system malfunctions or disruptions. The officer will also play a crucial part in supporting fiber optic technology deployment across service areas, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth installation processes. Additionally, the candidate must accurately report on field activities and coordinate with supervisors to enhance network coverage and optimize resource utilization. The role requires adherence to safety standards while handling equipment and maintaining compliance with company policies.

The officer supports the sales team by leveraging their deep knowledge of FTTH and fiber optic services to communicate technical advancements and service benefits effectively to potential clients. They will engage with telecom vendors and partners such as StormFiber, Optima, Connect, and Transworld to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings. This individual must be self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges and provide clear, technical explanations to customers. Maintaining the company’s reputation through superior service quality and timely execution of network tasks is vital. Continuous learning and adapting to new fiber optic technologies will also be essential for long-term success in this role.
