Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of human resource operations within the company. The HR Supervisor will manage a team of 60 persons, ensuring smooth administration of employee benefits, compliance with labor laws, and effective employee relations. This role demands strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of labor law compliance and employee relations management to support the company’s workforce needs effectively. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating with government and labor authorities, and managing payroll and statutory requirements. This role requires dedication to confidentiality, attention to detail in documentation, and an ability to prepare accurate reports. The HR Supervisor plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting management in labor-related matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage health and life insurance programs including employee enrollment, claims processing, and maintaining records with accuracy.
- Oversee EOBI and SESSI registrations, handle employee contributions, process challans, and maintain comprehensive records for compliance.
- Coordinate regularly with EOBI, SESSI, Labour Department, and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain employee files, master data, attendance records, leave balances, payroll information, and statutory documents with confidentiality and precision.
- Prepare and submit timely reports related to HR operations, employee relations/industrial relations, payroll, insurance, and statutory contributions such as EOBI and SESSI.
- Support management in addressing and resolving employee relations issues and labor-related queries, promoting a healthy work atmosphere.
- Ensure confidentiality of all HR records, provide accurate documentation, and maintain proper filing systems for efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
- Supervise and lead a team of 60 HR personnel to achieve operational goals, encourage professional development, and ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures consistent with labor laws and organizational guidelines to uphold compliance and best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating communication and collaboration to address workplace challenges.
