Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned territories on a bike to meet clients and process orders directly at their locations.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and client information to ensure consistent order processing.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business.
- Communicate effectively with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of all order documents in compliance with company policies.
- Identify customer needs and provide product information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to contribute valuable insights for sales strategies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations while performing outdoor duties and handling transportation responsibilities.
- Report daily activities, challenges, and feedback to management to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain professionalism and represent Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd positively in all client interactions.
