Prime Solutions & Academy is seeking an experienced educator for the UK curriculum who is passionate about student success and capable of delivering high-quality instruction across various grade levels. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject and has a minimum of two years of teaching experience. Expertise in the UK/British Curriculum is essential, with the ability to teach students from Grade 1 through Grade 11 or higher. Prior experience with GCSE, IGCSE, O-Level, or A-Level syllabi is highly advantageous. This role demands adaptability in teaching approaches to accommodate diverse student learning styles and proficiency levels, alongside strong classroom management skills and effective student engagement strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a firm commitment to professional conduct, punctuality, and reliability, ensuring thorough preparation of lesson plans, assignments, tests, and assessments. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools is necessary to support modern educational delivery methods. While this role does not entail team management responsibilities, it offers an opportunity to contribute meaningful educational impact within the Prime Solutions & Academy community and foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the UK/British Curriculum from Grade 1 through Grade 11 or above.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, tests, and assessments tailored to student learning needs and curriculum standards.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials based on student performance and learning styles to maximize educational outcomes.
• Manage classrooms effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Engage students actively through interactive teaching techniques and student-centered learning activities.
• Use online teaching platforms and digital learning tools competently to facilitate remote or blended learning sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain professional standards of punctuality, reliability, and dedication to student success.
• Collaborate with academic staff and administration to support curriculum development and school initiatives.
• Stay informed about developments in UK education standards and best teaching practices, incorporating new approaches as necessary.
